If you qualify, and would like to return your reel, it may be returned to Arribe Fishing within 45 days from the date you received the product, as recorded by the shipper.
- The amount refunded will include the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax that was charged.
- You, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Liability for lost or damaged items during shipping is the responsibility of the customer, so pack everything well and insure the package for its replacement value. Arribe will not be responsible for items not received or not received in good condition.
- If we receive a reel that we believe has been damaged from misuse or abuse, we will contact you to discuss the situation and the disposition of that return. If you would like to include any explanatory information in your package, that would be helpful.
- The reel must be returned undamaged and in the same, original working condition and packaging as when it was shipped from Arribe.

Performance Reel Warranty Statement

General Warranty Statement:

Arribe will repair or replace any performance reel which is defective in material or workmanship covered by this limited warranty at no charge. This coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the reel.

Duration of Warranty Period:

1 year from date of purchase, limited warranty (standard).
Extended warranty for 5 years with purchase of service plan and regular maintenance.

What’s Covered?

Any defect in the materials or workmanship with the exceptions stated below.

What’s NOT Covered?

Problems caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, installation, alterations or failure to properly maintain the reel

Specific examples are:

  • Worn or noisy ball bearings, sticking or otherwise worn drag performance (these are classified as normal “wear and tear”)
  • Corrosion due to saltwater intrusion and failure to perform recommended maintenance
  • Internal or external damage due to neglect i.e. dropping or treading on a reel
  • Internal or external damage due to a reel that has been disassembled and/or reassembled incorrectly

b. Also send along a note or form of what the problem is

c. If available, send a copy of warranty card or some other proof of purchase, with evidence that they were the original purchaser/owner

d. Provide best way for us to contact you: email, phone, etc., in case we need to reach you.

e. At the repair center, we will inspect the product shortly after arrival and inform you regarding the disposition of the reel – warranty or if non-warranty repair is needed, and will advise you of a repair time frame, possible cost, etc.

What are the Warranty Limitations and Limitations of Liability?

There are no other express warranties. Any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Arribe Fishing shall NOT be liable for any loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or other incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
